This is something we make almost every week at home. I remember there was an small Indian food stall in our office cafeteria ( which was moved to some other place later on) used to serve vadai at tea time almost every alternate day, and I always preferred to go there at tea time only to enjoy hot vadai with nice cup of hot tea. Now the food stall is not there, but yes it become part of our weekly special menu.
I enjoy its crunchy crust, and simple taste. If you’ve never had this before, then its a must try.
So here is my Medhu vadai recipe.
