Cheese garlic rolls

There are many recipes of rolls with different stuffing. But this is something everyone likes in our family. but if you ask me I like every bread with taste of garlic and olive oil…ummmmm lots of olive oil… So this one is a quick one, not much preparation is needed. And if you are in love with garlic and olive like me then I am sure you will make this again and again

Serves: 6 rolls

Ingredients
  • 2 cup all purpose floor ( Maida)
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 pinch of salt ( or as per your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tea spoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (you can add more)
  • 4 cloves of Garlic. make a paste (medium size, well you cna add more more or less as per your test)
  • Parsley leaves or mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
  1. add yeast powder and sugar  in 1 cup warm water and leave it for 15 min or until it turns bubbly
  2. Now mix all purpose flour, butter and yeast mix together with the salt. and knead until  your get smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrapper or wet towel for 2 hours.
  3. meanwhile you can start preparing cheese,garlic stuffing . Mix Cheese,Garlic ,parsley leaves and  2 tea spoon olive oil
  4. in one bowel take 3 tablespoon olive oil and add black pepper powder and one pinch of salt. This we use for polishing the bread
  5. Dough after 2 hours ….:)
  6. Punch the dough and  divide it in two parts, since I have small base to roll dough otherwise you can use one roll itself
  7. now roll it gently
  8. take few olive drops from the olive black pepper mix and spread with tip of your fingers on roll
  9. Now spread cheese garlic paste
  10. roll it and cut it into pieces
  11. place all pieces in baking tray ,and spread the olive garlic mix and leave it for 15 min
  12. after 15 min
  13. Pre heat oven to 200 C. Now bake it until the top started turning brown, it usually takes 25 to 30 min
  14. Serves rolls with sour cream
